WHAT IS NBTSTAT

Examples

> = nbtstat –c It shows the NETBIOS Cache.
> nbtstat –n = Indicates which services are installed on the devices (Server).
> = nbtstat –a [Server-Name] Indicates the roles on the typed computer name.
> = nbtstat –A [ip-address] Indicates the roles on the typed ip address.
> = nbtstat –r A list of computers in the environment is issued either by broadcast or by being discovered by WINS.
> = nbtstat –R Clears and reloads the Cache table.
>nbtstat –RR = Sends the deletion request to the WINS Server and deletes its own record and then adds it again.
