Hello, it is possible to do this with PowerShell, but there is a more practical method.
DOWNLOAD and run the delprof application published by Microsoft on the computer where you want to delete the "User Profile" files. Administrator will automatically delete all users except the user profile file of windows itself.

The directory where the application will be installed is:
C:Program Files (x86)Windows Resource KitsTools
The following command:
DELETES INACTIVE IN THE LAST FIVE DAYS
delprof /d:5
