How to: Create CSR Code Through IIS

Internet Information Service (IIS) is the sub-software that provides the Web service that Microsoft uses on Windows operating systems and servers.Now let's first create the CSR code required to create the SSL certificate order.After connecting our server with the remote desktop, we need to run IIS (Internet Information Service) service. You can also do this by typing run > inetmgr briefly.  1) After running the IIS Manager service, we click on the "Server Certificates" section in the main directory.

2) We click on the "Create Certifica Request" section on the right side of the page that opens.

3) We will see a form for us to create the CSR code as follows. When filling out this form, we must comply with the following criteria.* When generating the CSR code, the Comman Name section should not be entered incorrectly.* We recommend that you write WEB in the organizational unit section.* Let's be careful not to use Turkish characters.* Let's select the country code field correctly.

4) In this section we can proceed by selecting 2048 bit encryption from the list

5) We choose where to save the CSR code file to be created.

6) After determining the place where the file will be saved, we complete the CSR creation process by clicking on the "Finish" button.

7) We can create the SSL certificate order by opening the CSR file below and copying the entire code inside.
